Chiniqua Radford is called the “Destiny Pusher” and the “Soul Surgeon.” She examines how your pain can be linked to your purpose. Her clients evolve from viewing themselves as victims to becoming victorious, from tears to triumph, from sadness to strength, and from fear to risk takers. Chiniqua has over 15 years of counseling experience with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Morgan State University), a Master of Arts in Clinical-Community Psychology (Norfolk State University), and a Master of Science in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling (Walden University). She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner and serves as a member of the National Association of Addiction Counselors and the Virginia Chapter of Addiction Counselors. Chiniqua has a special place in her heart for those who are incarcerated and for those who suffer from addiction. As a specialist with the re-entry and addiction population, Chiniqua’s diverse experience ranges from working as an outpatient therapist with individuals and couples, running an addiction program and working as a mental health clinician with the Sheriff’s office at a local jail, and working with the Department of Defense as a therapist for the United States Navy.
